Content cycle
Custom quote after scope review
The work can include:
- Channel, audience and brand-voice review
- An agreed content calendar and production volume
- Copy, creative and a defined approval process
- Scheduling support and review of available results
An example planning window.
1–2 weeks for onboarding and the first content plan; production follows an agreed cycle.
This is an illustration for planning, not a delivery promise. Final timing depends on scope, content, access and approvals and is agreed in writing.
Before we start.
How many posts are included?
The proposal defines channels, formats, post volume and revision rounds. The plan should fit your goals and the resources available.
Do you handle comments and messages?
Only if agreed. Community management, reply boundaries, escalation and coverage times are distinct scope items.
Who approves content before publication?
An agreed client contact approves content through the defined process. Approval deadlines and sensitive topics are discussed during onboarding.
