Information you choose to share
When you enquire, we process your name, email, optional business name, selected service, budget, timing and message to assess and respond to your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential files through the form.
Career introductions may include portfolio links, experience, availability, work preferences and compensation expectations. We use them to assess a possible collaboration and contact you about it.
How enquiries are delivered
The website uses Resend to send enquiries to our business Gmail inbox. This version does not connect the form to Google Sheets or maintain an enquiry database. The enquiry form and project planner do not save drafts in browser storage.
Technical and security information
Cloudflare hosts the website and provides Turnstile spam protection. These services may process information about your device, network and request. A temporary server-memory record of IP addresses and hashed submissions supports abuse and duplicate checks for up to 10 minutes per instance; it is not a durable database.
Operational error logs can include a reference, an event name and a provider status code. The application does not intentionally log message text, email addresses, security tokens or API secrets.
Other service providers
Google Fonts receives requests when fonts load. Email and WhatsApp links open separate services whose privacy practices apply. Hosting, security and email providers may process information outside your country. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.
Cookies and analytics
This website records a limited set of activity events, such as audit-link, email and WhatsApp clicks and enquiry outcomes. The application records only an event name and a recognised page path for these events, not form contents, query strings or a visitor identifier. It does not use cookies or browser storage for this measurement. Browser event collection respects supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Cloudflare processes the network request to provide the service. Cloudflare page-visit and performance analytics is not currently configured in this application. Hosting and security providers may use essential security technologies. Read the cookie notice.
Retention
Delivered enquiries remain in the business mailbox. We aim to remove inactive enquiries after 12 months unless they are needed for an active project, legal obligations or dispute handling. Mailbox deletion and provider retention are managed manually; this website does not automate deletion.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete information by contacting us with enough detail to locate it. We may need to verify the request. Applicable rights and deadlines depend on the relevant law and circumstances, and some records may need to be retained.
