Workflow pilot
Custom quote after scope review
The work can include:
- Map one process, its trigger and expected outcome
- Check integration permissions and data requirements
- Build the agreed connections and review points
- Test failure cases and document ongoing ownership
An example planning window.
1–3 weeks for a small workflow after access and integration feasibility are confirmed.
This is an illustration for planning, not a delivery promise. Final timing depends on scope, content, access and approvals and is agreed in writing.
Before we start.
Can every tool be connected?
No. Feasibility depends on APIs, permissions, subscriptions and technical limits. We check these before agreeing the build.
Will the workflow need maintenance?
It may. Providers change APIs and account settings, and usage limits can affect execution. Maintenance and monitoring responsibilities must be agreed.
Can approvals stay manual?
Yes. A workflow can prepare or route information while leaving important decisions and external actions to an authorised person.
