NTnexa project guide · 4 minute read
Can a new visitor understand the offer?
Ask someone unfamiliar with the business to explain what you do, who you help and how to contact you after reading the first screen. Rewrite unclear copy before adding more decoration.
Does the mobile journey actually work?
Use a real phone. Open the menu, read the services, follow the main call to action and fill in the form. Check portrait and landscape layouts, readable inputs and any security check.
Does a real enquiry reach the team?
Submit a clearly labelled test from each important form. Check the website confirmation, the delivery provider and the receiving inbox. A successful-looking screen alone does not prove receipt.
Can people use it without a mouse?
Tab through navigation, buttons, inputs and dialogs. Check visible focus, labels, error messages and Escape behavior. Review contrast, text resizing and reduced-motion settings.
Is the site discoverable?
Check page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, internal links, the sitemap and indexing settings. Inspect the live URLs in your search console. Discovery and indexing do not guarantee rankings.
Have you measured real performance?
Check representative pages with performance tools and repeat the most important journeys on a slower connection. Look for oversized assets, layout shifts and scripts that delay interaction.
Who owns the ongoing work?
Keep account ownership, recovery methods, backups and maintenance responsibilities documented. Review contact delivery and content regularly, especially after changes to a domain, form or third-party provider.
A clear brief. A better starting point.
Tell us the goal, the audience and where you need help.
